TULSA - Police say man driving the wrong way down the Broken Arrow Expressway caused a three-car accident on Saturday morning.
The head-on collision happened around 2:15 a.m., just east of the Memorial Drive exit.
Officers say the wrong-way driver hit another car, which spun out and then hit a third car.
Two people were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. A third was transported with mild injuries.
Police say the man who caused the accident was treated and released.
Officials are waiting on the blood test results to see if alcohol was involved.
A woman who was driving one of the cars is in stable condition. Her passenger, a 37-year-old woman, is in critical condition.
