An investigation is under way near Keystone Lake after a woman's body was found near the Two Rivers Trail Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities said 42-year-old Monica Hudspeth likely died from a head injury.

They believe her car ran off the road sometime overnight or Wednesday morning, flipping once on the rocks. Authorities say it's likely she was hurt when she got out of the car, walked to the edge of the lake and collapsed.
