TULSA - A Tulsa County man is behind bars for child sex abuse after he allegedly touched his juvenile neighbors.
On Monday, sheriff's deputies responded to a home near West 21st Street and Highway 51 after the mother of two young girls called to report the abuse.
The woman told the deputy her children, ages 10 and 8, were very upset but did not want to say why.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the woman said she finally got her children to talk and both said their neighbor placed his hands in their pants and touched them inappropriately.
Edward Morris was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County Jail on two complaints of child sexual abuse. He's being held on $200,000 bond.
Morris is due in court Dec. 11.
