TULSA - A woman is recovering in the hospital with a gunshot wound following a shooting at a west Tulsa home.

The shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. near West 50th Street and South 26th West Avenue.

When police arrived they approached the scene with caution because they believed the shooter was still inside.

Tulsa Police Capt. Mike Eckert said when officers finally cleared the home they found a woman had been shot and two others were unharmed.

Police told 2NEWS the suspect and the 30-year-old victim argued and the victim was shot in the back.

Police removed several stolen vehicles from the home where the shooting happened.

Police have one suspect named but have not released the suspect's identity.

They said the injured woman was expected to undergo surgery Tuesday morning, but she's expected to live.  Her injuries may leave her paralyzed.
