Woman charged with husband's high-rise death

TULSA - Authorities have filed charges against a woman accused of pushing her husband from a window of a Tulsa high rise.

Nineteen-year-old Amber Hilberling is charged with second degree murder and first degree manslaughter.

Investigators say Hilberling and her 23-year-old husband, Josh, were fighting three weeks ago when Amber pushed him.

Josh went through the livign room window and fell to his death.

The district attorney's office says the prosecutor will ask the jury to convict Hilberling on the charge they think is more appropriate for the crime.
