TULSA - A woman accused of pushing her husband out a window of a Tulsa apartment posted bond Wednesday night.

Amber Hilberling, 19, who was jailed on a first-degree murder complaint, was released from jail around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to jail records.

Officers say Hilberling and her 23-year-old husband were fighting Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators say they believe Hilberling pushed her husband out of their living room window.

Hilberling’s husband had filed a protective order against his wife May 10, according to court documents. It was dismissed two weeks later when neither of them appeared in court.
