TULSA - Winter weather has moved in to Green Country, and with it comes the Tulsa Police Department's "Operation Slick Streets."

While on Slick Streets, officers will not respond to non-injury accidents.

Instead, police say drivers should exchange insurance information. Incidents can then be reported by filling out a form available at most QuikTrip's or online at http://bit.ly/VllWof .
