TULSA - The woman charged with pushing her husband from their high-rise apartment last year has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the apartment complex.
Amber Hilberling claims her husband tripped into a large, single-pane window and fell to his death.
Hilberling claims the window wasn't made from safety or wired glass as required by the city.
She is asking for $10,000 in actual damages and money for pain and suffering.
Hilberling is charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter in connection with her husband's death.
