TULSA -- A woman accused of killing her husband was arraigned Tuesday.

Nineteen-year-old Amber Hilberling is charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter.

Despite Hilberling's not-guilty plea, a judge decided during a preliminary hearing last week that there is enough evidence to send her to trial.

Hilberling is accused of pushing her husband, Josh, to his death out of the window of their 25th-floor apartment in June.

A trial date hasn't been set.

On Tuesday, a motions hearing was scheduled for Dec. 19 at 9:30 a.m.
