TULSA - Tulsa police have arrested a shooting suspect in Friday morning's north Tulsa shootings.

Joshua Diel, 27, was booked into a Tulsa jail around 11 a.m. on three counts of shooting with intent to kill.

TPD believes Diel was staying at a motel near the 7800 block of East Admiral Place when his girlfriend left early Friday morning.

Diel went looking for his girlfriend and spotted a man and woman he mistook for his girlfriend talking on a street corner.

Police believe Diel then shot the man, around 5:40 a.m.

Minutes later, Diel shot another man sitting alone on a curb, police say.

Both were taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
