Two Bixby men face felony charges for alleged sexual relationships with teenage girls

BIXBY, Okla. - Two Bixby men who police say have admitted to having sexual relationships with two teenage girls face several felony charges, court records show.

Derek Shepherd, 21, faces charges including second-degree rape, lewd molestation, forcible oral sodomy, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor in regards to an alleged relationship with a 14-year-old girl.

33-year-old David Owens faces two charges of first degree rape and lewd molestation for his alleged relationship with a 13-year-old.

The girls told police that many of the incidents happened inside Shepherd's mobile home located on the city's north side.

Detectives say Shepherd has even admitted to making a video of him having sex with the girl.
