Two Bixby men arrested for having sex with minors

TULSA - Police say two Bixby men have admitted to having sexual relationships with girls who are barely teenagers.
Derek Shepherd, 21, is in jail on 15 separate counts involving a 14-year-old girl.
While, 33-year-old David Owens is facing 21 charges surrounding his alleged relationship with a 13-year-old.
The girls told police that many of the incidents happened inside Shepherd's mobile home located on the city's north side.
Detectives say Shepherd has even admitted to making a video of him having sex with the girl.
The two are scheduled to be in court next Wednesday.
