TULSA - Tulsa area residents came together Sunday in the 3rd Annual Tulsa March for Life.
Religious and political leaders lead the march through downtown Tulsa on the anniversary of the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court decision Roe v. Wade.
Participants say life is sacred and Roe v. Wade should be overturned.
On January 22, 1974, the first March for Life was held on Capitol Hill.
Christians from Roman Catholic, Lutheran, Eastern Orthodox, Presbyterian, Methodist, Baptist, and charismatic churches were represented, as well as people from other faiths and secular backgrounds.
Crisis pregnancy and human care agencies also marched.
