TULSA - Safety concerns have prompted Tulsa Public Schools to change venues for the remaining home football games for two different schools.
All home games for Central High School will move to Milton Stadium, located at 1919 W. 40th St. They were previously held at S.E.Williams Stadium.
On Friday night, the Central Braves will play the McLain Tigers at Melvin Driver Stadium, located at 4929 N. Peoria.
Home football games for Will Rogers College High School will now be played at S.E. Williams Stadium, located at 1514 E. Zion St. Games were previously played at Milton Stadium.
"We are instituting these changes to address security concerns," said TPS athletic director Gil Cloud. "Our number one concern is for the safety of our students and patrons."
Ticket prices remain the same.
