TULSA - Tulsa police detectives are investigating the city's 34th homicide for 2010.
Police say that on July 23, officers were called to 7300 East Admiral Place in reference to a man down. Upon their arrival, officers discovered the victim suffering from serious trauma.
The victim died two days later at a Tulsa hospital. His death was ruled a homicide by the Medical Examiner's office.
Police identified the victim as 50-year-old Terrance Dewayne Billingsley.
