TULSA - A wanted man is behind bars in Tulsa after leading authorities on a chase Wednesday night.
Police arrested 27-year-old Christopher Brown just after 11 p.m.
An officer spotted Brown's vehicle after a bail bondsman asked for help locating him.
Brown reportedly jumped bail on drug and burglary charges out of Okmulgee County.
There was a short chase near 21st and 145th before Brown jumped from his car and ran into a wooded area, police say.
A police helicopter located Brown in a field.
Police believe Brown came to Tulsa to convince an ex-girlfriend to drop charges that he violated a protective order.
