TULSA - Tulsa police have made an arrest after a man was found dead in a home near 21st and Sheridan Avenue Thursday.
When police arrived, they found Samuel Adkins, 44, with bloody hands, sitting on the bed of a pickup parked in the driveway, authorities said, and Chuck Wayne Buckhorn, 36, was found dead inside the home.
Investigators say they quickly discovered evidence of a struggle but no signs of a weapon.
According to the police report, Adkins admitted to investigators fighting with Buckhorn, his stepbrother, and that he punched and choked him.
Adkins was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on a second-degree murder complaint. His bonds total $505,888.62.
