TULSA - Two people were been found dead inside a west Tulsa home in an apparent murder-suicide.
Tulsa police arrived at the residence in the 6000 block of S. 29th W. Pl. near West 61st Street around 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Tulsa Police Sgt. Dave Walker says the two found dead were husband and wife. Neither have been identified but police say it's likely the husband, 62, fatally shot his wife, 51, before turning a gun on himself.
"It's unfortunate, but it doesn't appear anything other than a homicide occurred," said Walker. "...Then the suspect shot and killed himself in another part of the house."
Several neighbors say police were called last week to the home and led the man off in handcuffs.
Investigators have not released the names of the man or woman.
