Tulsa police are trying to figure out how an 18-year-old man ended up in the hospital shot in the leg.
After officers received a call just before midnight reporting shots fired at Chamberlain Park on N. Frankfort, they arrived to the scene but found no shooters.
Several witnesses, however, told police several people had gotten out of two cars, started arguing and shots rang out.
It was about 20 minutes later when the man showed up at OSU Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the leg.
According to police, the man is not cooperating with them in the investigation.
Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
