TULSA - Tulsa police arrested a man for sexual battery for the second time in a little over a week Tuesday.
Nathan Weiss was arrested for sexual battery on Oct. 20 for sexually assaulting a female at Springdale Park. Weiss was accused of approaching a female at her car and grabbing her breasts. Police arrested Weiss. He bonded out of jail the next day.
Weiss assaulted another victim only four days later on October 24, at the same park. The suspect approached a 19-year-old female sitting at a park bench, harassed her and left after she repeatedly told him to stop. He later returned and grabbed the victim by the arms and dragged her to a nearby wall, where he sexually assaulted her.
After, the suspect is said to have walked away in an unknown direction.
Officers and Sex Crimes Detectives recognized the suspect from his first assault.
