A Tulsa man accused of a decade-old murder has pleaded no contest to first-degree murder and is awaiting sentencing.

Jonathan Choate, 32, entered the plea Monday.

In 2002, authorities found the body of a Hispanic man on the floor of a Tulsa residence. Choate was arrested for the murder in 2010.

Choate is due in court for sentencing Jan. 29.
