TULSA - A Tulsa man accused of sexually assaulting a child is behind bars.

Twenty-seven-year-old Brian Smith was arrested Wednesday afternoon.  He's now facing three counts of sexually abusing a minor.

According to the arrest report, a 10-year-old victim claims Smith forced her to touch him on multiple occasions.

The report indicated he has confessed to one of those acts.

Smith remains in jail Thursday on $150,000 bond.  His first court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday, March 27, according to jail records.
