Lewis was arrested last week.
According to the police report, Lewis solicited women to send nude images of their children, texting he wanted to have sex with their young daughters.
In one case, a woman sent several nude pictures of her 2- to 3-year-old daughter. Lewis then allegedly told the woman to spread the child's legs and send another picture, which she did. He also described what sex acts he wanted to perform on the toddler.
A charge of attempting to procure the participation of a minor in child pornography was also filed against Sally Deupree Thursday. She was booked into jail around 5 p.m.
According to the report, Lewis also said in text messages that he had nude pictures of his 8-year-old son and he solicited the woman to commit sex acts with the young boy.
A search of his phone revealed multiple nude pictures of a young girl and two nude pictures of Lewis' 8-year-old son.
In addition to the child pornography, the report states Lewis also had images of him committing sex acts with his dog on his phone and he referenced these acts in text messages.
He's being held on $95,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Friday.
