Tulsa man arrested, confesses to repeated teen molestation

TULSA - A Tulsa man has been arrested for allegedly molesting a 14-year-old around 30 times over an 8-month time span.
Octaviano Flores was arrested Thursday afternoon and confessed to having a "sexual relationship" with the girl from December 2011 to July 2012, according to his booking report.
The 47-year-old Flores also admitted to performing oral and anal sex on the victim.
Tulsa police were first notified of the alleged abuse the day before when the teen and her mother came forward.
Flores faces a charge of sexual abuse of a minor child.
