Tulsa man accused of raping 16-year-old

TULSA - A man with connections to a children's mentoring program is in custody on rape charges.
Tshaka Rivers, 31, is accused of raping a 16-year-old girl.
According to the the booking report, Rivers went into the girl's bedroom and forced himself on her.
In the report, Rivers tells the girl "We are going to keep this between us."
Rivers' son, 7-year-old Elijah Rivers, was hit by a car and killed while walking to school on Halloween.
According to the website for the New Hope non-profit organization, Rivers is the managing director for the organization.
