TULSA - If you have junk around your home, this weekend is the time to get rid of it. Tulsa is hosting Free Land Days on Saturday and Sunday.
Utility customers can drop off most unwanted items that do not contain freon at the landfill at no charge.
There is a small fee for tires.
Bring your City of Tulsa utility bill or your driver's license showing you live within the city limits.
The landfill is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. this weekend. It's on 46th Street North, about a mile and half east of Highway 169.
