TULSA - While on the scene of an accident on the Broken Arrow Expressway, a Tulsa fire truck was hit from behind by another vehicle.
Officials say crews were working on a two-car collision in the eastbound lanes of the highway near Sheridan Road when a pickup drove through the hazard cones and crashed into the back of a Tulsa fire truck.
Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to free the driver of the pickup before he was transported to an area hospital.
No firefighters were injured in the crash.
