TULSA - An arraignment has been rescheduled for the suspect accused of opening fire at the Tulsa County Courthouse plaza.
Andrew Dennehy will be arraigned Jan. 30.
Dennehy faces charges of shooting with intent to kill and firearms charges.
Prosecutors allege Dennehy wandered onto the plaza last March and fired a handgun, injuring a deputy and bystander.
Dennehy was also wounded when deputies arrived and returned fire.
