TULSA - An unofficial recount in the Tulsa County Clerk race between Pat Key and Dean Martin finished Friday, Tulsa County Election Board Secretary Patty Bryant said.
Key gained one vote and Martin lost one vote 9009 to 8825, Bryant said.
The results have not been certified due to an ongoing lawsuit filed by Martin who said there are irregularities on some of the ballots. An irregularity hearing is scheduled Sept. 14 in Tulsa County district court.
If any irregularities are found, the election will be thrown out and a new election will take place Jan. 2, 2013.
