    TULSA - Authorities in Missouri have arrested the man believed to have exposed himself and sexually battered women in Tulsa, Broken Arrow and Bixby.

    Hartness, 32, is a registered sex offender from Missouri and was wanted on four counts of sexual battery and three counts of indecent exposure.

    Police from Tulsa, BA and Bixby conferred about recent crimes in their respective area last week, determining the acts were likely connected.
     
    Police named Hartness as the suspect Thursday.
     
    Authorities at the time linked a robbery and sexual assault in Broken Arrow to Hartness, but so far no counts related to the crime have been attached to him.
