TULSA - Drivers will experience a slow down while city crews work on resurfacing roads this week.
Three miles of arterial roadway will receive preventive maintenance work starting June 24, the city of Tulsa announced. These streets include:
Work will be done at night, when the streets have less traffic, city officials said. During this maintenance project, two out of the four lanes on these streets will be closed, and two lanes will be open for two-way traffic.
Work will take place on Harvard Avenue between 31st and 41st Streets from 8 p.m. June 24 to 6 a.m. June 25.
The next street scheduled for maintenance will be 61st Street between Sheridan Road and Memorial Drive from 8 p.m. June 25 to 6 a.m. June 26.
Work on the third street, Sheridan Road between 71st and 81st streets, will take place from 8 p.m. June 26 to 6 a.m. June 27 and again from 8 p.m. June 27 to 6 a.m. June 28.
