TULSA - Tulsa police are investigating the latest in a string of cellphone store burglaries.
Police say someone busted out the window of a T-Mobile store near 101st and Memorial just before 2:30 a.m.
They say this is the fourth time in two weeks that a cellphone store in Tulsa has been targeted.
Police someone tried to break into the same store not long ago but didn't gain entry.
This time, however, the manager says the suspect walked away with more than $4,000 of high-end demo smartphones.
"People can get into situations they feel like that's the right decision," said Mark Wieseman, manager. "I wouldn't have much to say to them other than stop waking me up at 3 a.m."
The store has no surveillance cameras so police don't have a lot to go on.
Anyone with information about the burglary should call Crime Stoppers at (918) 596-COPS. Tipsters may also text TIP918 to CRIMES or email email@example.com .
