TULSA - A Tulsa County judge Monday set trial dates for two more defendants in the Neal Sweeney murder for hire case.

Terrico Bethel is set for trial November 28, while Fred Shields will go to trial January 23, 2012.

Both defendants are accused of plotting to kill the Tulsa businessman in September 2008. Authorities say Bethel was the hired gunman who shot Sweeney in the head at his Retail Fuels Marketing office.

One more trial date remains to be set. Prosecutors hope to try Mohammed Aziz with Alonzo Johnson, who heads to trial October 17.

Monday was also the day Allen Shields, another co-conspirator, was scheduled to be in court. He recently killed himself during a stand-off with police at his ex-girlfriend's home.
