TULSA - Tulsa police have made a third arrest in connection with a case involving a house fire that killed a toddler.

Officers arrested Jennifer Jennings on Friday. 

Police say Jennings, Jacob Bell and Jefferey McBride were making methamphetamine when a fire started at a duplex on Nov. 11.

All three suspects are charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.

Jennings and Bell also face charges of child neglect.
