TULSA - Organizers are forced to cancel one New Years Eve celebration because of thieves.
On early Sunday morning, thieves stole a trailer and all the sound equipment inside from Logan Sours' driveway near 21st and Sheridan.
"It's over $8,000 total for everything," Sours said.
Sours was supposed to use the sound equipment for a celebration Monday night at SRO, a new Midtown dance club.
Without the equipment, the show was canceled.
"This is really devastating to my business," Sours said.
Sours started his own lighting and sound business, Havoc Productions, earlier this year.
None of Sours' lighting equipment was stolen, which he plans to use at two other New Years Eve celebrations.
So far police have no leads.
