Study into efficiency of city services is complete

TULSA - A study into the efficiency of city services is complete. KPMG, an independent company conducted the study, "Managing Change: Opportunities for Municipal Efficiency and Effectiveness".

It is now in the hands of the Tulsa Community Foundation, which provided funding for the study. They will turn the findings over to the city Wednesday.

Mayor Dewey Bartlett and City Auditor Preston Doerflinger will discuss the recommendations of the study at a press conference Wednesday afternoon.
