HOMINY, Okla. - A former special education teacher from Hominy is expected to be in court today.
Shelly Christine Fry turned herself in last week amid allegations she had sex with a student.
A former student reportedly told investigators he had sex with fry at her home in Hominy last September.
He was a student in her special needs class at Hominy high school.
Investigators are also looking into whether Fry had sex with other students.
