TULSA - With schools reopening their doors next month, Target is making sure kids go back in style.
On Wednesday, Target, located at 21st and Yale, held their Back-to-School Shopping Spree, giving dozens of children $80 gift cards to spend in the store.
The kids are all a part of the Tulsa Citadel Corps and the Salvation Army's Boys and Girls Club.
The Back-to-School Shopping Spree aims at taking some of the burden off cash-strapped parents.
Five hundred Target stores are taking part in the Back-to-School Shopping Spree. About 60 kids participated in Tulsa's spree.
This is Tulsa's third year to participate.
