SAPULPA, Okla. - Several were injured after a vehicle and a Creek County ambulance collided in Sapulpa Saturday.
Sapulpa police say the driver of a Chevrolet Tahoe ran a red light and collided with the ambulance near New Sapulpa Road and 96 th Street South.
The driver of the Tahoe had to be extracted and was taken to the hospital in critical condition, police said. Three others in the Tahoe were also injured. Their conditions are not known.
The driver and passenger in the ambulance only suffered minor injuries.
No word on whether any citations will be issued.
