TULSA - A suspected serial robber is back in police custody after escaping from the downtown Tulsa jail last weekend.
Officer said 24-year-old Cheetara Venable was able to escape after slipping out of her handcuffs.
She turned herself into robbery detectives Wednesday.
Investigators believe Venable is connected to several business robberies.
