TULSA - A man suspected of a hit-and-run death of an elderly bicyclist Wednesday in Broken Arrow has come forward.
Broken Arrow police say "he is cooperating fully with the investigation and is not in custody at this time."
Authorities are not releasing his name at this time, but say charges will be forwarded to the district attorney's office once completed.
Broken Arrow native Earl Teske, 71, was found on the side of a road near 101st Street and Lynn Lane just before 11 p.m. Wednesday by two drivers.
Teske, whose bicycle was properly lit, was not wearing a helmet. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
