TULSA - Charges have been formally filed against Mark Hopkins, the man accused of shooting four Tulsa-area college students, killing one. 

Mark Hopkins, 41, was arrested Feb. 21 after police discovered a bloody scene at the Spartan Landing Apartments the evening prior. 

Hopkins was charged Friday with four counts of shooting with intent to kill and and one count of murder in the first degree.

EMSA pronounced 18-year-old Chaz Fain dead at the scene. Two men, 18 and 19, and a 19-year-old woman were transported to an area hospital.

Police say there was a party at the apartment Hopkins' shared with two of the surviving victims. The other two reportedly lived in the complex but in different locations. 

All four victims, as well as Hopkins, reportedly attended Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology.

Hopkins is set to appear in court Monday.
