Suspect in ODOT employee death arrested, charged

TULSA - Nineteen-year-old Deven Franklin was arrested and charged with first-degree manslaughter and drug charges.
He is accused of hitting and killing 42-year-old Ira Lee Henderson back on Nov. 30.
Henderson, an employee with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, was working on Highway 75 near Ramona, Okla. when authorities say Franklin's vehicle veered into the left lane and hit the man.
