Suspect in high-rise apartment fire arrested for arson

TULSA - A man suspected of starting a fire in a high-rise downtown Tulsa apartment building is in jail.
On Tuesday, fire investigators released surveillance photos of a man buying a gas can in the early morning hours of Sept. 30.
That same man was captured by the Boulder Plaza surveillance system pouring gasoline in the lobby, igniting it and running off.
On Wednesday, Mark Colabella, 40, was identified and arrested for first-degree arson and fifth-degree arson.
He was booked into the Tulsa County Jail on $40,000 bond.
Colabella is due in court Oct. 11.
