TULSA - A 24-hour investigation and numerous interviews lead to an arrest in connection with a Sunday night homicide.
Officers arrested 32-year-old Wilver Sacuilan late Monday night in connection with 43-year-old Donald Treat's shooting death. Witnesses say Sacuilan was see driving with Treat minutes before he was shot.

Treat was found shot outside a west Tulsa home. He later died at the hospital.
His family believes Treat was shot over a $400 debt.
Police say their investigation uncovered illegal and dangerous substances, gambling and people willing to hurt others to collect debts.
Sacuilan was booked into the Tulsa County jail for first-degree murder and numerous misdemeanors. Two other individuals went to jail on felony warrants and a stolen firearm was recovered.
This is Tulsa's 26th homicide in 2013.
