MOORE, Okla. - The students of Moore will begin a new school year Friday after last year came to an abrupt end when an EF-5 tornado leveled much of the town.
Among the losses were two schools -- Plaza Towers, where seven students died, and Briarwood Elementary.
The buildings were torn down over the summer due to the extensive tornado damage.
Now those students will use temporary facilities.
