Stillwater man Cody Sartin found guilty in death of three-year-old

TULSA - A Stillwater man was found guilty Thursday in the death of a three-year-old.
Cody Sartin was charged with the first-degree murder of Jace Burgess.
The jury suggested to the court Sartin be sentenced to life in prison with a $10,000 fine.
Sartin will be sentenced April 9.
Burgess was the son of Sartin's live-in girlfriend.
Burgess was pronounced dead June 16, 2010.
