TULSA - An Oklahoma City businessman accused of paying bribes to Skiatook's former school superintendent appeared in court Wednesday.
Rick Enos is charged with four counts of bribery.
Prosecutors say Enos paid former Superintendent Gary Johnson to steer school district contracts to his companies.
Johnson pleaded guilty in July to accepting bribes.
In court Wednesday, the preliminary hearing was waived.
The trial will now begin Dec. 5.
