TULSA - A family birthday celebration turned dangerous early Saturday morning when an argument resulted in gunfire, injuring one man.
Tulsa Police were called to the scene at the 1100 block of North Gary Place about 2:30 a.m.
Sgt. Justin Farley told 2News one party-goer became involved in an argument and pulled a knife. When that knife was taken from her, she then pulled a gun and fired, hitting 23-year-old Jarrell Roberts in the leg.
Police say Roberts was not the intended target. His injury has been reported as non-lifethreatening.
The suspect fled the scene, and officers have received conflicting witness information, but are now looking for a black female aged 22-25, weighing 110-130 pounds and standing 5'8" tall.
