Service has been restored to AT&T U-verse customers, according to a post on the company's Facebook page, and the accounts of affected customers will be credited.
Customers told 2NEWS the outage began Monday.
The repair was made Thursday morning, according to the post, and service was restored to all customers.
On Wednesday the problem was identified as a server that supports U-verse and the company said the issue was affecting less than one percent of their customers.
TV and high-speed Internet users were affected.
"We are not pleased it took so long to fix the issue," read Thursday's post. "AT&T will provide a credit to customers who were affected. We know our customers count on their U-verse service and we apologize for the inconvenience."
